Job Duties
- greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use guests' names to make them feel welcomed
- contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- support groups and events awareness
- answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- keep all areas clean and well-organized
- assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces
- greet guests while cleaning with a smile
- complete operational checklists accurately each shift
- submit accurate shift handover reports on time
- wear clean approved uniform with a nametag and smile
- communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- demonstrate willingness to go beyond traditional role
- work collaboratively to create welcoming environment
- prioritize loads of crockery and kitchenware
- hand-wash dishes not fitting in dishwasher
- load and unload dishwasher
- place dishes to dry
- sort and store clean dishes and cutlery
- perform prep work
- take garbage to dumpster
- bus tables as needed
- wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
- assemble, maintain and break down dish machine
