- Minimum age of 21
- Current valid state-issued driver's license
- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Ability to follow safe driving practices
- No previous CDL required
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
- High school diploma not required
Job Duties
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle
- Utilize navigation tools effectively
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
- Communicate and write in English effectively
- Adapt to flexible hours and varying schedules
- Comply with company policies and procedures
