Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience managing direct reports
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to manage ambiguity effectively
- Experience in leading formulation and process development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage teams across multiple locations
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field such as Food Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or Sensory Science
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing
- Demonstrated success managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and lead complex strategic projects
- Strong skills in formulation and process development
- Effective change management and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage dispersed teams across multiple locations
Job Duties
- Manage and lead a team of scientists, engineers, and research technicians
- Deliver value leadership through ROCS, DTV, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Innovation, CBU, Procurement, Productivity, and Plant teams to implement valuable projects
- Support the Product and Process Commercialization Team by ensuring seamless commercialization of new products and processes
- Develop and communicate short and mid-term business plans aligned with corporate strategies
- Oversee project management related to cost reduction, process improvements, and product development
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships
