Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in senior living setting preferred
- Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees
- Advanced computer skills, including email use

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures
- Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils
- Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy
- Ensure proper storage for food and supplies
- Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures
