ValleyCAST is the Arts & Culture arm of Open Sky Community Services, established in 2002 with the mission to foster an inclusive community that provides meaningful opportunities to individuals with disabilities. Located within the historic Whitin Mill, ValleyCAST serves as a vibrant cultural hub that includes administrative offices, an art gallery, a performance center, a community plaza, artisan studios, and resident apartments. Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- previous experience in or demonstrated knowledge of non-profit agencies
- excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft applications, graphic design, social media coordination, and event management

Job Duties
- Develop and execute a strong and engaging social media presence
- participate in the innovative development and successful execution of inclusive ValleyCAST online and in-person community engagement strategies
- partner with the Open Sky Community Membership Team to replicate the inclusive ValleyCAST model in other geographic regions of Open Sky
- assist with all communication tracking and follow-up correspondence with programs, staff, and the community through email, printed mail, social media, and phone
