Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • basic math skills for managing seating and reservations
  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • familiarity with reservation and seating management systems
  • capacity to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival and via phone
  • manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover
  • take and confirm restaurant reservations
  • communicate guest needs and seating information to restaurant staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • assist guests with inquiries about the menu or services
  • manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
