- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong verbal communication skills
- basic math skills for managing seating and reservations
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival and via phone
- manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover
- take and confirm restaurant reservations
- communicate guest needs and seating information to restaurant staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist guests with inquiries about the menu or services
- manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
