Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Have or obtain State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have good client/customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Ability to perform basic math and cash handling duties
- Ability to operate a register and/or computer or be willing to train
- Be honest and reliable
- Be self-motivated
- Be dependable
- Be positive in customer relations with the ability to multi-task
- Availability nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to routinely walk, stand, bend, twist and carry items weighing no more than fifty pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcomes each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language at all times
- Makes guests feel appreciated through your actions
- Works as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
- Works with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked to the Company's standards at all times
- Mixes, garnishes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar following standard recipes
- Preps and prepares food items
- Inputs drink orders into computer immediately, collects money from guests for drinks served and makes change
- Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display
- Washes and sterilizes stemware
- Counts drinks guests are served and track open bar tabs
- Anticipates guest's needs and follow the half-full rule when offering another drink
- remains alert of guest signals and acknowledges guest so they know you will be right with them
- Learns guests' names, occupations, and favorite drinks
- Responsibly serves alcohol and remains aware of guests' state of intoxication
- Other duties as assigned
- Prepare bar for theatre opening or closing
- Track inventory and spoilage control
- General theatre cleaning and operational tasks as directed by the Manager on duty
- Handle minor customer complaints
- Call the manager if the situation is too difficult
