- Minimum three years of relevant line cook experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday
- Ability to follow recipes and take direction

- Knowledge of Mexican fine dining cuisine preferred
- Strong culinary skills including basic knife skills

- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Capable of working a single station in the kitchen
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
