Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory
- Prior experience in valet, shuttle driving, or a similar hospitality role preferred
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Physical ability to lift luggage, stand for extended periods, and operate vehicles including automatic and manual transmissions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with luggage and ensuring a welcoming experience
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- Operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations, maintaining a safe and pleasant ride
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, performing routine checks to ensure it is in excellent working condition
- Monitor the valet area and shuttle schedule to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with traffic flow and parking management during peak periods or special events
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Keep accurate records of vehicle keys, shuttle trips, and any relevant guest interactions
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
