Job Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record
- ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- ability to drive all sizes of vehicles
- physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in various weather conditions and noise levels
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- willingness to take direction from Manager on Duty
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid state-issued driver’s license
- clean driving record
- experience operating manual and automatic vehicles
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- physical ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds
- familiarity with vehicle safety and inspection protocols
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- assist guests with luggage handling
- park and retrieve guest vehicles safely
- operate hotel shuttle to transport guests to off-site locations
- perform vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records of fuel and mileage
- handle keys securely and responsibly
- follow all hotel procedures and manager directives
