Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks related to RV movement and maintenance
- Pass pre-employment testing including a background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, RV industry preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- Comfortable operating large vehicles and RVs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Job Duties
- Fuel RV units and ensure they are operationally ready
- Regularly operate and test systems on all display units to keep them in good working order
- Arrange and reposition units on the sales lot for optimal presentation
- Maintain the exterior of the sales area, including cleanliness and curb appeal
- Assist service and valet teams by moving RVs to and from the shop for repairs
- Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
