Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- At least two years of managerial experience preferred
- Proficiency in Windows and company-approved software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of hospitality operations
Job Qualifications

- At least two years of related managerial experience preferred
- Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Valid driver's license from the applicable state
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and nametag
- Comply with Highgate standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations
- Respond to guests' requests, problems, complaints, and/or accidents in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
- Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Uniformed Services personnel according to Highgate SOP's
- Prepare and conduct interviews and follow hiring procedures according to Highgate SOPs
