Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least two years of managerial experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Windows and company-approved software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • At least two years of related managerial experience preferred
  • Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
  • Valid driver's license from the applicable state

Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate standards
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and nametag
  • Comply with Highgate standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Respond to guests' requests, problems, complaints, and/or accidents in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
  • Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Uniformed Services personnel according to Highgate SOP's
  • Prepare and conduct interviews and follow hiring procedures according to Highgate SOPs
