Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Indiana driver’s license with clean driving record meeting insurance criteria
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Experience in patient or customer transport preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to assess and document vehicle condition
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
- Chauffeur's license preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working as part of a team
- Patient and customer transport experience preferred
- Ability to maintain excellent customer service with urgency
Job Duties
- Ensure assigned hospital entrances are safe and inviting for patients, visitors, and staff
- Greet guests and identify any special needs
- Assist guests in and out of vehicles by opening car doors as necessary
- Park vehicles in designated valet spaces
- Control the flow of vehicle traffic at the hospital entrance
- Help guests load and unload belongings
- Assess and document vehicle damage prior to valet service
- Operate vehicles safely and professionally according to valet standards
