Job Requirements
- Maintain excellent customer service with a sense of urgency
- Operate vehicles safely in accordance with valet service standards
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication
- Control vehicle traffic flow at hospital entrances
- Assess and document vehicle conditions prior to valet service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patient or customer transport experience preferred
- Valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
- Chauffeur’s license preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure assigned hospital entrances are safe and welcoming for patients, visitors, and staff
- Greet guests and identify any special needs
- Open car doors to assist guests in and out of vehicles as necessary
- Park vehicles in designated valet spaces
- Control the flow of vehicle traffic at the hospital entrance
- Help guests load and unload belongings
- Assess and document any vehicle damage before parking
