Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record, which meets insurance criteria
- Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs
- Patient/customer transport experience preferred
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Control vehicle traffic flow safely at hospital entrances
Job Qualifications

- Valid Indiana driver’s license with clean and safe driving record required
- Chauffeur’s license preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patient/customer transport experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Assist guests by opening car doors and helping load and unload belongings
- Park vehicles safely in designated valet spaces
- Control the flow of vehicle traffic at hospital entrances
- Assess and document any vehicle damage prior to valet service
- Operate vehicles according to valet service standards
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
