Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
- Must meet insurance criteria
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Maintain excellent customer service with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Available to work full-time day shifts Monday through Friday

- Experience in patient or customer transport preferred
- Ability to assess and document vehicle condition
- Knowledge of safe vehicle operation and valet procedures
Job Duties
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff at hospital entrances
- Assist guests by opening car doors and helping with belongings
- Control the flow of vehicle traffic at hospital entrances
- Park vehicles in designated valet parking areas
- Assess and document any vehicle damage prior to valet service
- Operate vehicles safely and professionally according to valet service standards
- Work collaboratively with hospital staff to ensure smooth patient and visitor experience
