Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- insurable by designated carrier
- maintain minimum eligibility requirements on driving record
- previous customer service experience a plus
- availability weekends and holidays
- ability to work afternoon and evening shifts
- willingness to learn and follow training
- physical capability to assist with vehicle lift system operations

Job Duties
- Provide transportation and parking services for residents using vehicle lift system
- interact positively with residents daily to enhance their experience
- operate vehicles safely following all traffic laws and community policies
- manage parking logistics including retrieving and parking vehicles promptly
- handle resident transportation requests efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles and equipment
- communicate effectively with team members and residents to ensure smooth service delivery
