Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record for the past five years
- Eligible to be insured by the company’s designated carrier
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including afternoons and evenings
- Customer service skills
- Ability to operate vehicle lift system after training
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and insurable by the designated carrier
- Clean driving record for at least five years
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo training provided by the employer
Job Duties
- Provide transportation and parking services for residents using a vehicle lift system
- Interact positively with residents to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment
- Drive residents to appointments, events, or daily activities within the community
- Maintain and inspect vehicles for safety and cleanliness
- Handle resident requests and provide excellent customer service
- Operate parking systems efficiently during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comply with all safety and community regulations while driving and parking vehicles
