Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk as needed
- Ability to work at a computer and talk on the phone for extended periods
- Ability to navigate the building quickly
- Ability to detect and respond to emergency alarms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies
- Effective communication skills using spoken and written word
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in managing resident, guest, and vendor interactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience or comfort with customer service roles
- Capability to use computer systems for logging and communication
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies
Job Duties
- Communicates effectively and demonstrates good customer service skills to residents, guests, vendors and other staff members
- Identifies and clarifies the residents' needs and desires
- Answers questions and provides solutions
- Seeks ways to improve existing services or add new services by listening to resident comments and making recommendations to management
- Assists residents in scheduling access for authorized vendors
- Maintains resident and guest privacy and keeps information confidential
- Acts quickly and effectively in emergencies
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment and reports hazards to the General Manager
- Maintains daily shift notes and logs packages in the Building Link system
- Responds professionally to resident concerns and complaints, escalating issues as necessary
- Manages resident relations to ensure high levels of service and coordinates special requests
- Performs other duties as assigned by the AGM or Lead Concierge
