Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- ability to lift and assist with baggage and personal belongings
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good physical condition to perform vehicle parking and retrieval safely
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance
- commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred

- knowledge of local traffic laws

- familiarity with gaming regulations is an advantage
Job Duties
- Exhibit all conduct in accordance with gaming regulations and SSC policies and procedures, as well as all federal and state laws and regulations
- greet arriving and departing guests
- open passenger doors and offer assistance when appropriate
- provide claim checks and instruct guests on reclaiming their vehicles
- assist with transportation of baggage and personal belongings
- park guest vehicles safely and efficiently in designated areas
- retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- provide travel directions and information on property events and promotions
- provide accurate and timely documentation and reports including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions requiring attention or repair
- obey all traffic laws on and off property
- consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service
- provide information about hotel and property amenities
- ensure procedures protect the integrity and security of the company, employees, and guests
- perform assigned duties related to room comfort and hotel amenities
- demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by notifying management discreetly of concerns
- notify management promptly and discreetly of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
- display professional conduct, sound judgment, highest level of professional integrity and strong work ethic
- perform other duties as assigned
