Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Bell Person, Doorman, or Valet Parking Attendant preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to lift and carry baggage up to 100 pounds
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays
- Must genuinely like people and have an outgoing personality
- Ability to drive all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions safely
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to push or pull heavy rolling loads over 300 pounds
- Must respond to visual and aural cues
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must tolerate exposure to chemicals such as cleaning solutions
- Must tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
- Must work independently and maneuver quickly indoors and outdoors under varying temperatures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Transports guests luggage
- Parks and retrieves customer’s passenger vehicles
- Provides information and directions to guests
- Greets guests enthusiastically upon arrival
- Delivers luggage to guest rooms after check-in
- Picks up luggage upon guest departure and arranges for storage or transportation
- Returns vehicles safely from valet parking to guests
- Provides detailed information about hotel amenities and special events
- Assists guests with room changes and secures room keys
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Completes and submits room slip information accurately
- Follows all safety and security guidelines
- Acts as a role model for other employees and adheres to company policies
