Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to lift and carry baggage up to 100 pounds
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, team building and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays
- Must genuinely like people and possess an outgoing personality
- Ability to lift heavy luggage repeatedly
- Must be able to drive all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions in a safe fashion
- Must be able to stoop, bend and lift objects that weigh up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to push or pull heavy rolling loads in excess of 300 pounds
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a bell person, doorman, or valet parking attendant preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, team building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions safely
- Ability to lift and carry baggage up to 100 pounds
- Outgoing personality and genuine liking for people
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work any day of the week including holidays across various shifts
Job Duties
- Acknowledges and greets each guest with enthusiasm and prescribed terminology immediately upon guests' arrival
- Creates an excitement through guest interaction and conversation
- Drives and parks cars to designated areas on Caesars parking lot
- Transports guests' luggage to assigned rooms after registration process completion
- Picks up guests' luggage upon departure and delivers for storage or transportation
- Safely returns cars from valet parking area to customers
- Provides guests with information about hotel/casino amenities, special events, and travel directions
- Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security
- Maintains a spotless and safe working environment
- Completes required room slip information and submits to appropriate personnel
- Ensures compliance with all safety and security guidelines
- Acts as a role model and encourages others to uphold Caesars standards
- Adheres to all regulatory, company, and departmental policies and procedures
