Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience as bell person, doorman or valet parking attendant preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to lift and carry baggage up to 100 pounds
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, team building and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including holidays
Job Qualifications

- Ability to problem-solve effectively
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Job Duties
- Transports luggage to and from guest rooms
- Parks and retrieves passenger vehicles safely
- Provides guests with information and directions regarding hotel and casino amenities
- Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security
- Greets guests enthusiastically upon arrival
- Maintains compliance with all safety and security guidelines
- Participates in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
