Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a bell person or valet parking attendant preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to lift and carry baggage up to 100 pounds
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, team building, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to get along well with coworkers and work as a team
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Bell Person, Doorman, or Valet Parking Attendant preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, team building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to get along well with coworkers and work as part of a team
- Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions
Job Duties
- Transports luggage for guests
- Parks and retrieves customer passenger vehicles
- Provides information and directions to guests regarding hotel and casino amenities and events
- Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security
- Ensures compliance with safety and security guidelines
- Maintains a spotless and safe working environment
- Completes required room slip information and submits to appropriate personnel
