Job Requirements
- California driver’s license in good standing
- Six months guest service experience
- Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Effective communication in English
- Maintain professionalism and composure
- Complete forms and documents accurately
- Understand and follow verbal and written directions
- Accept constructive criticism
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk and run for up to eight hours in various weather conditions
- Drive manual and automatic vehicles

Job Duties
- Provide guests with valet parking service by collecting and matching keys and tickets, inspecting vehicles, parking, and retrieving vehicles according to established procedures
- Promote guest relations by treating guests courteously, greeting promptly, logging wheelchair usage, and reporting complaints
- Provide hotel guests with bell and door attendant services by greeting guests, transporting luggage, informing guests about amenities and promotions, and opening doors
- Provide tribal, casino, and resort guests with on and off-site transportation by driving vehicles, picking up guests, and driving them to requested destinations
- Monitor team member shuttle routes by riding buses, ensuring passenger safety, collecting feedback and assisting guests with inquiries
- Maintain safe transportation practices by adhering to speed limits and observing safety precautions
- Enter guest information into the computerized valet parking system following established protocols
