Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents doorsteps during scheduled service times
- Transport collected materials to designated community dumpsters or compactors
- Ensure all waste areas are clean organized and free from debris after each shift
- Operate collection tools carts and equipment safely and efficiently
- Interact professionally and courteously with residents while performing collection duties
- Report any resident concerns service issues or safety hazards to the community manager or maintenance supervisor
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance while representing the community
