Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work split schedule from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- ability to lift and carry 50-pound tote bags
- willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- capability to manage stress effectively
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to conduct nightly monitoring of the team

- previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of doorstep trash collection across up to 25 apartment communities
- manage, hire, train, and support a team of 15-25 doorstep collection specialists
- conduct monthly site visits to properties ensuring service standards
- maintain open communication with property managers and respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
- perform weekly manager check-ins via email or phone to resolve service issues and foster teamwork
- monitor team performance nightly through site visits and company app
- cover properties as needed to support team members
