Job Requirements
- access to a reliable pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan
- physical ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- availability for shifts from 8am until completion
- evening availability 7 days a week
- ability to navigate apartment communities and stairs
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- physically fit to carry up to 50lbs
- ability to operate a pickup truck safely
- effective communication skills
- basic familiarity with smartphone and data plan usage
- reliable and punctual
- able to work flexible evening shifts
- prior experience in trash collection or related roles is a plus
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
- carry trash to pickup truck and load it
- transport collected trash to onsite compactor or trash bins
- maintain cleanliness and safety during collection
- communicate effectively with team members using smartphone
- work evening shifts from 8am until completion
- adhere to company policies and safety standards
