Job Requirements
- Must have a valid pickup truck for nightly collections
- Must possess a smartphone for timekeeping and collection tracking
- Availability from 7 PM to 12 AM, Sunday through Thursday
- Ability to work approximately 15 hours per week
- Willingness to perform physical tasks associated with trash collection
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in waste management or cleaning services preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the local supervisor in managing valet trash collection services
- Lead nightly doorstep trash pickups at apartment properties when team members are unavailable
- Conduct walk-throughs of properties with service issues to ensure quality control
- Perform courtesy check-ins with onsite team members to promote teamwork and service excellence
- Monitor and track collection activities using smartphone technology
- Address and resolve service issues proactively
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and reporting records
