- able to lift 50 lb
- must have a pickup truck with mileage reimbursement
- must have a smartphone to utilize the company app for timekeeping and collection tracking
- available to work part-time hours including evenings

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

Job Duties
- assist the local supervisor in managing doorstep trash pickups
- step in for team members who are unavailable
- perform nightly trash pickups in the assigned territory
- conduct walk-throughs of properties to identify and address service issues
- engage in courtesy check-ins with onsite team members to maintain service quality
- utilize the company app for timekeeping and collection tracking
- foster a professional and collaborative team environment
