- availability from 7 PM to 12 AM Sunday through Thursday
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must own a smartphone for company app use

Job Duties
- assist local supervisor in overseeing valet doorstep trash collection
- perform nightly trash pickup at apartment properties when team members are unavailable
- conduct property walk-throughs to address service issues
- perform courtesy check-ins with onsite team members
- ensure trash collection meets quality and service standards
- maintain accurate timekeeping and collection tracking using company app
- support community cleanliness and customer satisfaction
