Job Requirements
- a smartphone with an active data plan for route communication and task verification
- a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and climb stairs
- availability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings and at least 2 weekends per month
- dependable, detail-oriented with a positive work ethic and commitment to professionalism
Job Qualifications

- at least 5 years of clean driving experience

Job Duties
- collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps across assigned apartment communities
- transport collected waste to onsite compactor or dumpster using an open-bed pickup truck
- ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas
- provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents
- change dog station and common area waste bags
- maintain reliable communication for route updates and task verification
- comply with company safety and operational standards
