Job Requirements
- A smartphone with an active data plan
- Valid driver's license
- At least 5 years of clean driving experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of clean driving experience
- Experience operating open-bed pickup truck preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for professional interactions with residents
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in various weather conditions
- Dependable and detail-oriented work approach
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout assigned apartment communities at night
- Transport collected waste to onsite compactor or dumpster using an open-bed pickup truck
- Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents
- Change dog station and common area waste bags
