- At least 5 years of clean driving experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work in varying weather conditions unassisted

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout different assigned apartment communities throughout the night
- Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using your open-bed pickup truck
- Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents
- Change dog station and common area waste bags
