Job Requirements

No truck required
A smartphone with an active data plan for route communication and task verification
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to climb stairs and work in varying weather conditions without assistance
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service with integrity
Positive and professional work ethic
Must be willing to work two weekends per month

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in waste management or custodial services is a plus
Ability to operate open-bed pickup truck (if provided)
Strong communication skills
Dependable and detail-oriented work approach
Ability to work independently during evening hours

Job Duties

Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout assigned community
Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using an open-bed pickup truck
Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas
Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents
Change dog station and common area waste bags
