Job Requirements
- No truck required
- A smartphone with an active data plan for route communication and task verification
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs and work in varying weather conditions without assistance
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service with integrity
- Positive and professional work ethic
- Must be willing to work two weekends per month
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste management or custodial services is a plus
- Ability to operate open-bed pickup truck (if provided)
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented work approach
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout assigned community
- Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using an open-bed pickup truck
- Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents
- Change dog station and common area waste bags
