Job Requirements
- must have access to a reliable open-bed pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan required
- ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- availability for evening shifts from 6pm until completion on Sundays and 7pm until completion Monday through Thursday
- physical fitness for active, stair-climbing tasks
- must be able to work independently and follow instructions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in trash collection or physical outdoor work preferred
- ability to operate a pickup truck safely
- strong communication skills
- ability to carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- familiarity with local apartment complexes beneficial
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents doors at assigned apartment communities
- transport collected trash to onsite compactor or trash bins
- ensure timely completion of evening trash collection shifts
- communicate effectively using a smartphone with data plan
- maintain physical fitness to carry up to 50lbs of trash
- adhere to company safety and operational standards
- provide courteous and professional service to residents
