- Access to an open bed pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan
- physical ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- availability for evening shifts on a regular schedule
- lawful authorization to work
Job Qualifications

- experience in waste collection or similar physical labor roles is advantageous
- ability to operate and maintain a pickup truck
- strong physical stamina and ability to carry up to 50lbs

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors
- load collected waste into pickup truck
- transport trash to onsite compactor or trash bins
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness during collection
- follow assigned shift schedules
- communicate effectively with team using smartphone
- report any service issues or concerns
