- access to an open bed pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to carry up to 50 pounds at a time without assistance
- availability during evening hours from 6 PM on Sundays and 7 PM Monday through Thursday until completion
- capable of walking up and down stairs during service
- physically fit to perform manual labor
- reliable transportation to and from job sites
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in trash collection or sanitation preferred but not required
- ability to carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- familiarity with local apartment community layouts advantageous
- strong communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors
- load collected trash into pickup truck
- transport trash to onsite compactor or trash bins
- perform trash collection duties in assigned apartment communities
- maintain cleanliness and ensure resident satisfaction
- communicate effectively using smartphone
- adhere to scheduled evening shifts
