Job Requirements
- access to a reliable open bed pickup truck
- smartphone with active data plan
- ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- evening availability from 6PM Sundays and 7PM Monday through Thursday until completion
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in waste collection or related fields is a plus but not required
- ability to operate a pickup truck safely
- good physical fitness and ability to carry heavy loads
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- basic smartphone proficiency for communication and navigation
- excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
- unload and load trash into pickup truck
- transport collected trash to onsite compactor or trash bins
- maintain consistent evening availability for scheduled shifts
- communicate effectively with team using smartphone
- perform physical tasks involving carrying up to 50lbs
- adhere to company safety and service protocols
