high school diploma or equivalent
own a reliable pickup truck
smartphone with data plan
physical ability to carry 50 lbs
available during evening hours on Sundays and weekdays
ability to navigate stairs repeatedly
valid driver's license and clean driving record
ability to work independently

Job Qualifications

have a smartphone with a data plan
physically able to carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
available for evening shifts from 6 pm Sunday and 7 pm Monday through Thursday
ability to follow instructions and work independently
good communication skills

Job Duties

collect trash and recycling from residents doors at assigned apartment community
load trash into pickup truck and transport to onsite compactor or trash bins
maintain communication using smartphone with data plan
work evenings Sunday through Thursday on set schedule
carry trash bags up to 50 lbs without assistance
ensure timely and thorough trash collection
follow safety protocols during collection
