Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smartphone for communication and coordination
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in waste management or a similar physically active role preferred
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures in waste collection
- Strong time management skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week, starting at 8:00 PM and finishing between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain reliable communication with management
- Stay physically active and fit while performing outdoor duties
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned routes
