Job Requirements

Pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van required
reliable transportation
ability to follow policies and safety procedures
a smartphone
ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
ability to pass a background check
ability to pass a drug test

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in waste management or related field beneficial
ability to work independently
strong time management skills
good communication skills
ability to operate a smartphone for job-related tasks
physical stamina to perform manual labor

Job Duties

Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
transfer collected waste to the trash compactor onsite
work independently in an active evening setting
adhere to safety procedures and company policies
maintain physical fitness through regular outdoor work
contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in apartment complexes
report any issues or concerns to management promptly
