Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience if no high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to read and write standard English language
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Must be able to write simple correspondence
  • Must be able to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures
  • Ability to read and write standard English language
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Register or computer experience preferred
  • Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to patients and guests
  • Assists marketing department with marketing efforts targeted to exciting clients
  • Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff and co-workers
  • Acknowledges and greets guests immediately while using guest last name when appropriate
  • Assists guests with directions and inquiries while standing and providing information about the surrounding area and main attractions
  • Protects guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
  • Collects data related to parking operations and maintains claim checks and guest folio archives
  • Parks and retrieves vehicles promptly and safely
  • Upholds site management parking policies and procedures
  • Assists guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable
  • Uses proper phone etiquette and appropriate salutations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
