Job Duties
- Greets all customers entering the service department with a positive, friendly attitude, answers customer questions and directs customers to available service advisors in an orderly fashion
- Controls customer traffic and parking in service area
- Stages vehicles requiring oil changes to designated lane, retrieves oil filter from parts department and places it inside customer vehicle
- Coordinates with team leaders where to drop off vehicles that are assigned to each team
- Assists inspection sticker technicians with retrieving registrations on new vehicles from sales department and with returning completed or serviced vehicles to waiting customers
- Retrieves completed vehicles when requested
- Keeps service drive area clean, safe and orderly, and moves cars as directed
- Responsible for parking in designated parking areas only
