Job Requirements
- Over the age of 18 years old
- eligible to work for any U.S. employer
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- comfort working outdoors for entire shifts
- valid active in-state driver’s license with no restrictions
- clean driving record for the past 5 years
- physical ability to perform required tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
- professionalism and integrity
- effective communication skills
- ability to operate apps and technology
- capability to work well in a team and independently

- valid active in-state driver’s license with no permits or probationary status
- clean driving record for past 5 years

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficiency with tablets and apps, willingness to learn new software
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks quickly
- physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain composed in challenging situations
Job Duties
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor
- provide exceptional valet and customer service by parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently and safely
- support team efforts to meet client relationship metrics
- use technology and apps daily to maintain operational efficiency
- assist individuals with mobility challenges including wheelchair and escort services
- maintain accurate records including vehicle condition and photos
- manage parking logistics adhering to site requirements and traffic laws
- provide directions and information about hospital facilities
- uphold a clean and professional work environment
- work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- physically handle walking, standing, pushing, and pulling luggage and belongings as part of service
- perform other duties as assigned
