Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree preferred
  • must possess a valid driver’s license from the state
  • must have a good driving record
  • physical endurance and stamina required
  • effective communication skills required
  • must have a Level 4 Gaming License
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy and procedure documents
  • ability to respond to inquiries
  • ability to perform basic mathematical operations
  • ability to apply common sense reasoning
  • ability to stand, walk, run, sit, and use hands regularly
  • occasionally required to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas
  • collect, store, track and return items including promotional materials dropped off by guests
  • greet arriving guests outside under the Porte Cochere
  • enter and update guest information in the database
  • park vehicles in designated areas and accurately record vehicle locations onto valet receipts
  • pick up vehicles from the valet lot following safety guidelines
  • communicate effectively with supervisors on duty
  • promptly clear canopy area of cars to be parked
  • communicate valet operation and shuttle information to supervisors and team
  • present a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
  • ensure maximum guest service and satisfaction
  • maintain accuracy of departmental records and reports
  • maintain working knowledge of facilities and special events to advise guests and employees
  • assist with other Support Services duties as assigned
  • perform other job related duties as directed
