Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license from the state
- Good driving record
- Level 4 Gaming License
- Physical endurance and stamina
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in moderate to loud noise levels and smoky casino environment

- Ability to maintain a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work under moderate to loud noise levels
- Must have or be able to obtain Level 4 Gaming License
Job Duties
- Assists guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas
- Collects, stores, tracks and returns items, including promotional items, dropped off by guests
- Greets arriving guests outside under the Porte Cochere
- Enters and updates guest information in the database
- Parks vehicles in designated areas of the property, then accurately records the location of the vehicle onto a valet receipt, which is attached to the appropriate keys and stored in the Valet office until the guest is ready to leave the property
- Picks-up vehicles from the valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines
- Effectively communicates with the Supervisor on duty
- Promptly clears canopy area of cars to be parked
- Communicates Valet operation and Shuttle information to the Supervisors and team
- Presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
- Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained
- Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
- Maintains a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees of same, whenever possible
- Assist with other Support Services duties as assigned
- Performs other job-related duties as directed
