Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver’s license from the state
  • Good driving record
  • Level 4 Gaming License
  • Physical endurance and stamina
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in moderate to loud noise levels and smoky casino environment

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
  • Ability to respond to inquiries from employees or guests
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations
  • Ability to maintain a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to work under moderate to loud noise levels
  • Must have or be able to obtain Level 4 Gaming License

Job Duties

  • Assists guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas
  • Collects, stores, tracks and returns items, including promotional items, dropped off by guests
  • Greets arriving guests outside under the Porte Cochere
  • Enters and updates guest information in the database
  • Parks vehicles in designated areas of the property, then accurately records the location of the vehicle onto a valet receipt, which is attached to the appropriate keys and stored in the Valet office until the guest is ready to leave the property
  • Picks-up vehicles from the valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines
  • Effectively communicates with the Supervisor on duty
  • Promptly clears canopy area of cars to be parked
  • Communicates Valet operation and Shuttle information to the Supervisors and team
  • Presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained
  • Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees of same, whenever possible
  • Assist with other Support Services duties as assigned
  • Performs other job-related duties as directed
