Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • must possess a valid driver’s license from the state with a good driving record
  • requires Level 4 Gaming License
  • physical endurance and stamina
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
  • ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • ability to apply common sense reasoning
  • ability to stand walk run sit use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls
  • ability to reach climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
  • ability to see close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and adjust focus
  • ability to talk or hear regularly
  • availability to work in moderate to loud noise environments and exposed to outside weather conditions
  • capacity to work in a typically smoky casino environment

Job Duties

  • Assists guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas
  • collects stores tracks and returns items including promotional items dropped off by guests
  • greets arriving guests outside under the Porte Cochere
  • enters and updates guest information in the database
  • parks vehicles in designated areas and records the location on valet receipts
  • picks up vehicles from the valet lot according to safety guidelines
  • communicates effectively with supervisors on duty
  • clears canopy area of cars to be parked promptly
  • communicates valet operation and shuttle information to supervisors and team
  • presents a clean neat and well-groomed appearance
  • ensures maximum guest service and satisfaction
  • maintains accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
  • maintains knowledge of facilities and special events to advise guests
  • assists with other support services duties as assigned
  • performs other job-related duties as directed
  • promotes an atmosphere of fun for casino guests
  • encourages mutual respect dignity and integrity among employees
