Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Level 4 Gaming License
- Physical endurance and stamina
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate vehicles safely
- Ability to read and interpret policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work in a casino environment with moderate to loud noise and exposure to outdoor weather
- Ability to stand, walk, run, sit, and use hands for handling objects regularly
- Ability to occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests
- Level 4 Gaming License required
- Knowledge of facilities and event schedules advantageous
Job Duties
- Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas
- Collect, store, track, and return items dropped off by guests
- Greet arriving guests under the Porte Cochere
- Enter and update guest information in the database
- Park vehicles in designated areas and accurately record vehicle locations
- Pick up vehicles from the valet lot following safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the Supervisor on duty
- Clear canopy area of cars to be parked promptly
- Communicate valet operation and shuttle information to supervisors and team
- Present a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
- Ensure maximum guest service and satisfaction
- Maintain accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
- Maintain working knowledge of facilities and special events
- Assist with other support services duties as assigned
- Perform other job-related duties as directed
