Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of valet or customer service experience
- Ability to lift or transport at least 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull carts and equipment up to 250 pounds
- Endure physical movements including running up to 500 yards multiple times daily
- Ability to stand and maintain mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record
- No more than one moving violation in the past two years
- Must pass annual motor vehicle record screening
- Comfortable wearing closed toe non skid shoes

- Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs proactively
- Physical stamina to endure demanding work activities

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Efficiently and safely park all vehicles in designated areas ensuring each vehicle is locked and keys secured
- Efficiently and safely retrieve all vehicles announcing guest or party name and matching claim ticket numbers
- Assist with loading passengers and luggage inquire if guests need directions clean front vehicle windshield and offer an appropriate departing comment
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of front drive and parking areas
- Inform guests of parking services and fees issue claim tickets direct guests and offer appropriate closing comments
- Offer luggage assistance transfer luggage trunks and packages to and from rooms vehicles or terminals
- Supply guests with directions travel information and available services or points of interest
- Assist physically challenged travelers and guests with special needs
- Anticipate guest needs exhibiting a sincere desire to meet or exceed them
- Speak professionally and graciously with a smile maintaining eye contact
- Possess thorough knowledge of hotel services outlets and daily functions events to inform guests proactively
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service discrepancies
- Display professional posture in designated front drive area
- Maintain assertive awareness of front drive initiating service opportunities
- Greet and welcome vehicle passengers promptly opening vehicle doors
- Open and close vehicle doors for arriving and departing guests
- Obtain guest names and inquire about nature of visits
- Safely run or jog to parking areas when retrieving or parking vehicles
- Inspect exterior of incoming vehicles and note damage on tickets
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned
